1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Mulligan Mall (Pty) Ltd (“Mulligan Mall”).
2. Competition Overview
The Mulligan Mall Launch Giveaway is a promotional competition designed to introduce users to the Mulligan Mall platform. Participants stand a chance to win a Scotty Cameron Phantom 5 Putter valued at R8,999.
3. Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents of South Africa only.
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Employees of Mulligan Mall and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. Competition Period
- The competition runs from 13th May 2026 until 30 June 2026.
- Entries close at 23:59 on 30 June 2026.
- The winner will be announced on 1 July 2026.
5. How to Enter
- Participants must create a free account on Mulligan Mall.
- Participants must upload at least 2 valid product listings.
- Once 2 valid listings are live, the participant receives 1 entry into the draw.
- Participants will be notified once they have successfully entered the draw.
6. Bonus Entries
- Each additional valid product listing after the first 2 listings will count as 1 additional entry.
- There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can earn.
7. Definition of a Valid Product Listing
A valid product listing must:
- Represent a genuine golf-related item that is available for sale.
- Include clear images of the actual item (no stock images only).
- Include an accurate title and meaningful description.
- Be listed at a realistic and reasonable price.
- Be listed in the correct category.
The following will be deemed invalid:
- Duplicate listings of the same item.
- Listings created with placeholder or misleading information.
- Listings with unrealistic pricing.
- Listings that are not genuinely intended for sale.
Mulligan Mall reserves the right to review and disqualify any listings that do not meet these criteria.
8. Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries.
- The draw will take place after the competition closing date.
- The decision of Mulligan Mall is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Prize
- The prize is one Scotty Cameron Phantom 5 Putter valued at R8,999.
- The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
10. Winner Notification
- The winner will be contacted via their registered email or phone number.
- If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, Mulligan Mall reserves the right to select a new winner.
11. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Mulligan Mall may announce the winner’s name on its website and social media platforms.
12. General Conditions
- Entry into the competition is free and no purchase is required.
- Mulligan Mall reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition at any time if required.
- Mulligan Mall reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be abusing or manipulating the system.
13. Limitation of Liability
Mulligan Mall shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize, except where required by law.
